A: All reservations have a standard, fully refundable cancellation policy of 24 hours prior to the date of arrival by 4:00PM, unless stated otherwise on the guest confirmation.

A: A pet fee of $30 is charged for each dog per night, with a maximum of two dogs allowed per room. Only dogs are permitted. All rooms are pet-friendly. Violating the dog policy will incur a penalty of $250.
Q: Is there a laundromat at Ashley Inn & Suites?
A: Yes. Guest laundry is available 9:00am - 10:00pm. There are two washers and two dryers. It costs $1.50 per load, per machine. Quarters are available at Guest Services; laundry soap and dryer sheets are available for purchase.
